starBooks is a bookkeeping application for small businesses and the people who help keep their accounts. Record income and expenses, check them against bank and card statements, and prepare a handoff for your accountant.

02 · Record the work
Prepare invoices, record payments already received, and enter whole or split expenses. Attach receipts to transactions and record transfers between accounts.
03 · Check the statement
Preview a bank or card statement CSV, map its columns, and review the imported rows. Match an existing movement or record a new purchase, then resolve differences before verifying the statement.
04 · Share the records
Review income, expenses, and balances. Export an accountant handoff with supporting receipts, or invite a bookkeeper, accountant, or read-only reviewer with the appropriate access.
A development preview exists, but public signup, a hosted demo, and paid plans are not available yet. Statement imports use CSV files. Payment collection is disabled by default; the workflow described here records payments received elsewhere.
